Review of costing of PEN intervention in the Solomon Islands |
|
Project ID: NC-008 |
Status: Completed |
The Solomon Islands is expanding access to NCD screening and treatment by adoption of the WHO PEN package. This is expected to involve substantial new costs for the health system, which were costed by a WHO consultant. At the request of DFAT Australia, IHP staff reviewed the consultant costing report and made recommendations on how well the costing study addressed key issues of cost-effectiveness and appropriateness of the PEN implementation proposals in the Solomon Islands context. |
