The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is supporting this collaboration of IHP and other regional experts to improve methods for tracking of resource flows by disease and capacity building in members of the APNHAN network. The project will use data from IMS Health and other sources to develop better methods for estimating national spending on medicines by disease, and support countries develop better estimates. The project will also build capacity in regional countries to implement SHA-2011 based health accounts, and estimate levels of medicine utilization in participating countries. |
