    World Health Report 2006 Health Expenditure Estimates Technical Consultation
     
    Project ID: HA-006 Status: Completed

    As a pilot project, WHO NHA Unit commissioned IHP and APNHAN to engage in a series of technical consultations with regional HA experts in Asia to identify relevant estimates of national health expenditure in participating countries. These estimates were used by WHO staff as inputs into their preparation of estimates for the World Health Report 2006. Countries covered in this pilot phase consisted of Georgia, Kyrgyz Republic, China, Malaysia, Philippines and Sri Lanka.
