Shivanthan hold an MBBS and Bachelor of Advanced Medical Science from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Since graduating in 2010 he has been working as a house medical officer, and has just commenced specialist training in Paediatrics with the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.
Shivanthan has a strong interest in public health, in particular focusing on disadvantaged populations and health inequality. He is completing a 3 month internship with IHP which he hopes will guide his future studies and work in the Public Health field. |
