IHP technical expert, Dr Rannan-Eliya, acted as the international advisor to the development and finalisation of Malaysia�s first National Health Accounts. These were published in 2006, and cover the period 1997-2002. Malaysia�s NHA system was designed to meet OECD statistical standards, and provide the first comprehensive description of health spending in the country. |
